Houses and a Faster Respawn
Dear Tibians!
Two changes to the game world this week. The first one is already in place, and the second arrives after the server save on Tuesday, September 22.
Houses
Since the server save on Monday, September 21, you need level 300 to buy a house. When you buy one with !buyhouse, you pay its price (1,000 gold per square) and the first month's rent at the same time, so have the whole amount ready. The next rent is due 30 days after you buy it.
For example, Flat 15 of the Beach Home Apartments in Thais has 7 squares and a rent of 25,000 gold, so buying it costs 32,000 gold.
The same level applies to receiving a house with !sellhouse. If you already own a house, nothing changes for you.
Faster Respawn
After the server save on Tuesday, September 22, creatures respawn 25% faster all over the game world. The boosted creature and the Rapid Respawn weekends still add their bonus on top. A Rapid Respawn weekend used to make creatures come back twice as fast; now they come back two and a half times as fast. The next one runs from October 2 to 4.
