Who is responsible
The data controller is Enzo IT, with address at Zapopan, Jalisco, México. You can reach us at [email protected] for anything in this notice.
What we collect
- Account details. Your account name, email address and password. The password is stored hashed — we never see it and we cannot recover it for you.
- Characters and gameplay. Character names, level, vocation, deaths, kills and similar in-game records.
- Connection data. The IP address and timestamp of your last login, kept for security and abuse investigation.
- Purchases. If you buy Tibia Coins, we store the order reference, the amount and its status. We never receive or store your card details: the payment happens entirely inside Mercado Pago.
- Optional public information. Real name and location, only if you choose to fill them in your account.
What is public
Character names, levels, vocations and rankings are public by design: they appear on the highscores, the character pages and the guild pages, and they are visible to anyone without an account. Your email address, your IP and your purchases are never public.
Why we use it
- To create and run your account and your characters.
- To let you recover access if you lose it.
- To deliver what you buy and to handle refunds or chargebacks.
- To investigate cheating, abuse and attacks against the service.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
- Mercado Pago, which processes payments and applies its own privacy policy to the data you give it.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the servers where the data lives.
- Cloudflare, which sits in front of the website and sees the traffic that passes through it.
Beyond that, we share data only if a competent authority requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data — the ARCO rights under Mexican law. Write to [email protected] from the email address registered on the account, and tell us what you want.
Deleting your account removes your personal data. Character names and their public records may remain, because they are part of the shared history of the world — guild rosters, rankings and kill records.
How long we keep it
Account data lives as long as the account does. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and chargeback rules require. Connection logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security.

If this notice changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Significant changes are also announced in the news section.
