By creating an account on Solera you accept these terms. Last updated on 2026-08-31.

What Solera is

Solera is a free, community-run Open Tibia server operated by Enzo IT. It is a hobby project, not a commercial product, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by CipSoft GmbH, the makers of Tibia.

Your account

  • You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account. Do not share it.
  • One person may hold several accounts, but using them to gain an unfair advantage over other players is not allowed.
  • You must give a real email address. It is the only way to recover access.

What is not allowed

  • Bots, macros, or any program that plays for you.
  • Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them.
  • Harassment, threats, or impersonating staff.
  • Selling accounts, characters or in-game items for real money outside the official store.
  • Attacking the service, its infrastructure or other players’ accounts.

Breaking these rules can cost you the account, with no refund. Serious or repeated cases are permanent.

Purchases and virtual goods

  • Tibia Coins and everything bought with them are a licence to use them inside Solera, not property. They have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Coins you buy arrive non-transferable and become transferable after six months. This protects the server from chargeback fraud, and it is the same rule the official game uses.
  • Payments are processed by Mercado Pago. Refunds follow their rules and the consumer protection law that applies to you.
  • A chargeback filed after spending the coins can cost you the account.

What we do not promise

Solera is offered as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of bugs, or that your characters and items will survive forever. Data can be lost, worlds can be reset and the server can close. We will give notice when we can, but we cannot guarantee it.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. The new version is published on this page with a new date, and significant changes are announced in the news section. Continuing to play after that means you accept them.
